Atavacron Bot Setup
A few good bots, set up for your team
Atavacron Bot Setup gets your team working with Grok Bot. We help you pick a small number of bots with clear jobs, connect them to the tools you already use, set simple routines, and show your people how to work with them. It is built for teams of about 20 to 100 people.
What we do
- Pick the jobs. We start with a short fit check and choose the few tasks where a bot may help, so you are not paying for bots nobody uses.
- Set up the bots. Each bot gets one clear job, the connectors it needs, and written routines.
- Keep people in charge. Bots draft, sort and summarize. Your people make the decisions and approve anything that goes out.
- Set it up safely. We use invites instead of shared logins, turn on multi-factor sign-in, keep an access log, and never store your passwords or keys.
- Hand it over. A short walkthrough for your team and a written guide for each bot.
- Care, every quarter (optional). A quarterly review to rightsize the bots: keep what is used, fix what drifts, retire what is not.
Packages
| Package | What it is |
|---|---|
| Team Start | A few bots for one team, set up once. |
| Department Set | A fuller set across one department, set up once. |
| Care and Rightsizing | A quarterly review after setup. |
Every package is fixed scope with a written quote after a short fit check.
Sample bots
Examples only. Real bots are chosen in the fit check, using tools you already use (for example Google, Trello, GitHub, Dropbox or Slack). Every bot drafts for a person to approve; none sends or posts on its own unless you approve that routine in writing.
| Bot | Job | Routine |
|---|---|---|
| Inbox Sorter | Sorts the shared inbox and drafts replies to common questions | Each morning: labels new mail, drafts replies for a person to send |
| Meeting Notes | Turns meeting notes into a short summary and action list | After each meeting: summary and owners posted to a doc for review |
| Weekly Status | Pulls open tasks into a weekly status draft | Fridays: a draft status for the team lead to edit and share |
| Intake Desk | Collects new requests and files them on the right board | Daily: new requests carded with a summary for triage |
| Handbook Helper | Answers staff questions from the team's own documents | On demand: answers with links to the source document; flags gaps |
| Handoff Writer | Writes shift or project handoff notes | End of day: a handoff draft for the owner to check and post |
You own everything
Your accounts, your data and your bots stay yours. You pay SpaceXAI for Grok Bot directly, under your own account. If we stop working together, everything keeps running in your account.
What we do not do
- We do not work in regulated areas such as health, legal, finance or insurance for now.
- We do not give legal, financial, tax, HR, compliance or security advice.
- We do not promise results. Bots can make mistakes, which is why people review their work.
Who does the work
Setup is delivered by Atavacron with the help of AI agents, and a person reviews every deliverable.
Independence
Atavacron is independent of SpaceXAI and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by SpaceXAI. Grok Bot is a product of SpaceXAI and is named here only to describe what we set up.
